How it works
Step 1: Apply
Tell us who you are. We look at every application and email you when you are approved.
Step 2: Buy codes
Buy yearly subscription codes in your reseller portal at 10% to 35% below the list price. You pay online; the codes are yours at once.
Step 3: Give the code
Your restaurant enters the code in BillDine and its plan starts — a new subscription or a renewal.
Step 4: Keep the difference
The restaurant pays you. What you charge above your code price, up to the list price, is yours.

The rules, in plain words
Your discount grows with your used codes
Your discount depends on how many of your codes restaurants have used: code 1 10%, code 2 20%, codes 3–100 30%, from code 101 35% off the list price.
Only used codes count, for good
A code counts once a restaurant has used it. Unused and cancelled codes don't count, and the count never resets.
Buy as many codes as you like
Every code in one purchase gets the discount you have when you buy. A code you have bought keeps its price.
Codes never expire
An unused code stays good. Cancel an unused code at any time for a full refund to the way you paid. A used code cannot be refunded.
Yearly plans only
A code is one year of a plan for one restaurant business.
Never above the list price
You may not charge a restaurant more than the list price shown on this site and in the app. You may charge less.
You are the first contact
A restaurant that used your code sees your name, email and phone in its Help section. BillDine support is there as well.
A GST invoice for every purchase
BillDine sends you a GST tax invoice for each code purchase, with your GSTIN on it if you gave one. You invoice the restaurant.

You sell Gold Plan to 10 restaurants in a year, each at the list price, and each uses its code before you buy the next.

1 code earns ₹199.90; 1 code earns ₹399.80; 8 codes earn ₹599.70 each. Amounts include GST and follow the list price on the day you buy.
You keep 30% with or without a GST registration
The list price includes 18% GST, and so does your code price. One Gold Plan code at 30% off (codes 3–100), both ways:
Without a GST registration

With a GST registration
- You pay BillDine ₹1,185.85 + 18% GST ₹213.45 (you claim the GST back)

- You invoice the restaurant the list price before GST, plus 18% GST (you pay that GST on)

- You keep — 30% of the list price before GST
- ₹508.22
BillDine pays the payment gateway's fee on your code purchases — nothing is added to the code price.
Questions resellers ask
Why is my first code only a little cheaper?
So that a restaurant owner cannot become a reseller only to get a big discount on their own plan. Your discount grows from 10% to 35% as restaurants use your codes.
Do I earn on renewals?
Yes. A renewal is another yearly code, at the discount you have when you buy it.
What if I bought a code and the restaurant changed its mind?
Cancel the unused code in your portal. The full amount goes back to the way you paid.
Can I give a restaurant a discount?
Yes. You choose your price, as long as it is not above the list price.
Who helps the restaurant when something goes wrong?
You are its first contact. BillDine's support assistant and support team are available to every restaurant as well.
Do you pay commission to my bank account?
No. There is no payout to wait for: you keep the difference between what the restaurant pays you and what you paid for the code.
What does it cost to become a reseller?
Nothing. You pay only for the codes you buy.
