BillDine for bars

A bar has tables that grow, rounds that never stop and cash that has to add up. BillDine keeps each table's orders straight, splits the bill however the group wants and puts a name on every void.

What fits: Bars

  • Staff access that fits a bar

Each person signs in with a PIN. Discounts are capped by role, and voids and complimentary drinks need a manager's PIN.

  • Cash that adds up

Cash drawers open with a counted float and close with a count; the day's Z-report and the Controls report show voids, discounts and reprints.

    More about Reports

  • The bar's own tickets

Drinks go to the bar's section and food to the kitchen, each on its own printer or screen.

  • Rounds that keep coming

A new round from a table already served reaches the kitchen marked PRIORITY, and Rush moves a waiting table to the top.
