BillDine for fine dining

In fine dining, timing is the service. BillDine sends the starters now and the mains when the table is ready, remembers your guests and keeps every complimentary dish accounted for.

What fits: Fine dining

  • Courses at the right pace

With courses on, the starters go to the kitchen at once and the waiter fires the mains when the guests are ready. Held courses show greyed on the kitchen screen.

Questions

Does BillDine take table reservations?
Yes. Reservations hold a table for the booking, and a walk-in waitlist keeps guests in the order they arrived; both are on the POS and in the back office.
Can I add a service charge?
Yes. A service charge is a charge on the bill with its own tax group, and an outlet can have its own.
